At Native Treasure Tropical Jewelry, each piece is handmade in small batches using natural materials. We want you to love your jewelry, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Items showing signs of wear, water exposure, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Natural Material Variations

Because our jewelry uses natural materials such as shells, coconut beads, and kukui nuts, variations in color, tone, and texture are normal. These are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue promptly.
