At Native Treasure Tropical Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted to order in the Philippines using natural island materials. Because every item is made specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than mass-produced brands.

Order Issues (Damage or Incorrect Item)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will promptly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return shipping is not required for damaged items.

Size Concerns

If your necklace does not fit as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may offer a discounted remake or store credit toward a different size.
Because items are made to order internationally, return shipping to the Philippines is not required.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, we offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is not required.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom-sized or personalized items are final sale.

Natural Material Variations

Our jewelry uses natural shell, coconut, and plant-based materials. Variations in tone, shape, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
